Sound tracks with flash

I am making a web site to sell CD's on and would like to offer buyers a chance to listen to sample tracks b4 buying. I want to make it as user friendly as I can with out making them have to download anything to click on a track and listen to it. In the HTML forum someone suggested Flash for this. CVan anyone suggest how nto do this or where I can find someon e to do it for me.

I use a program called Sonic Memo. I record, convert to MP3, and then use this program. Pretty slick and easy (for me). It was worth the $100. It might be more now. I
