I have small flash project that I need done. I have a set of product images that I want to add a little "twinkle/sparkle" effect to. I hope this makes sense, so basically, I need my images to look like they are shiny like a brand new car, or the Orbitz gum commercial when the guy/gal shows a smile and their teeth sparkle.
I'm not sure where the best place would be to look for a good programmer.
Any suggestions?
