Flash News Scroller

Where can I get one?

I'm looking for a (preferably free) Flash news scroller. Something that scrolls vertically, which would look something like this:

Perhaps with some configurable delay and sizing options, etc.

I admit, I know very little about Flash. Ideally, I'd like something where I can code the content as semantic HTML, and then the Flash component would read in
that content (with JavaScript if needed) to create it's news scroller (similar to sIFR), so that the
content is still available and accessible for those without Flash.

Does anyone know where I might find something like this?
