What percentage of business block flash on employee computers? Are there any known stats?

I don't know about businesses specifically, but according to Adobe the current percentage of Internet Enabled computers that allow flash is 98.7%

It sure seems like I hear of a lot of people not having flash enabled at work. When they advertise the stats for Flash, is it "enabled" or "installed" (and possibly disabled)?
