I haven't worked with flash since 5.0 and I stared with 3.0-- well I loaded CS3 this week and realized I'd forgotten a lot and that it had changed a lot. What is a good book for learning the new CS3?

Just a matter of preference I suppose, and what books you have been exposed to, but I have always liked the 'Unleashed' books; not just for Flash, they are good for a variety of topics.

You might want to try the video training from Total Training. I know they have a course for Flash CS3. I have their Flash 8 DVDs, they really helped me get comfortable with using Flash.
