Stretching Flash to the height & width defined by OBJECT tag.

Hi all,

I need to know how can we Stretch Flash or image to the size defined by Height and width properties of the object tag.

For example Height="700" and width="300" in object tag's properties.
If there is an image or flash of size less than this then how can we stretch that flash or image?
Plz help me in this regard.
