Embedding a flash player in my web page

Hi!

I am trying to embed a flash player in my web page. I have already succeeded in embedding one in my page but I want the page to have some controls too like progress bar, stop and pause button please help.

You can get some nice free flash widgets online that will let you do this, or you can code it yourself...
