Online flash learning programme?

Can someone recommend an online flash learning programme for under US$250?

My boss has given me a budget of approx US$250 to spend purchasing online training in Flash for myself. I've been to the Macromedia University site and it looks like their $249 package (which also covers other Macromedia products), is very comprehensive.

My only hesitation is time - because I need to fit online study around work and social commitments, I'm reluctant to sign up for something that has set deadlines for assignments or tutor-led classes.

Can anyone suggest a great online flash learning environment, for under $250, that allows me to work entirely at my own pace (and preferably provides some form of certification at the end)?
