Flash on MySpace & YouTube?

Does MySpace Comments allow Flash, and are Youtube videos Flash format?

I think MySpace comments/bulletins allow flash animations...they allow youtube videos to be posted, which I think are flash too?

Can someone confirm if:

(1) MySpace allows Flash animations to be posted in comments and bulletins?

(2) If YouTube videos are flash? I think they are .flv format, is that flash?
