swf file in div covers div I want to float on top of flash Banner

The swf file in a div covers the div I want to float on top of this swf file even when I Z-index it as 100 for this div that I want to float on top of the swf file. Any ideas on how to float and visually see this div file on top of the div with the swf in it?
