Flash vertical scrolling window

HI everyone. I was wondering if anyone knows of a simple flash window with a verticla scrollbar that is available to "plu-in" to an existing site.

Currently we have the text sitting in a div with overflow set to scroll, but the client does not like the operating system scrollbar, or the fact that it appears differently from browser to browser.

I'd like to just do something in flash so I can control the appearance of the scrollbar *somewhat*. Or at least have it appear consistently across browsers/platforms.

My skills in flash are minimal, and I have Flash MX (macintosh). We're not in the least against paying for something that is simple to use.

Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks!
