Dear friends, Could someone please help me with a brief guide on how to start building flash animation and movie. Am a beginner in this area and would appreciate any help.

flash is a lot more complex than it seems on the surface. start with the in built tutorials (in the help or about menu i think), and work on some small projects.
ask here whe you get stuck on something in particular.
