SWF File is covering up menu navigation

is my development site, and the flash banner covers up my menu navigation (which is javascript)

can anyone explain why?

Not in Opera it doesn't ( albiet the nav's positioning is all over the place )..why does your "dev" site feel the need to drop me a cookie? ..very impolite that.. especially when linked from this fora ..not the way to get solutions to ones problems ..

Did you not read the tos [webmasterworld.com]..item 13 ..

specially sites with tracking of any sort ..
