Making an embeded flash look like a link

I am currently optimizing a video site like youtube and I am wondering whether the embeded videos on other sites will be counted as links.

Imagine at youtube:

<object width="425" height="350"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/QvVJNYZ5PuQ"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/QvVJNYZ5PuQ" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="425" height="350"></embed></object>

Would it work using div? i.e.

<div style="visibility:hidden;"><a href="....">link text</a></div>

Any other suggestion?
