I had an swf designed a year or so ago and it has been working fine, but today it stopped when i upgraded to the latest flash player.

The code i HAD been using was...
<object type="application/x-shockwave-flash" data="rakeback_calc_prc.swf"
width="450" height="420">
<param name="movie" value="rakeback_calc_prc.swf" />
<param name="allowscriptaccess" value="never" />
<param name="bgcolor" value="#000000" />
</object>

But now all i get is a black screen.
If anyone would like to take a look at the page please email me and i will forward the link..I am not sure what other information i can provide, but please ask.

Thanks

Did you ask someone else to look at the page for you, to make sure its not just a faulty install on your own local PC?

Someone else has looked at the page and the flash seems to work for them.
I have uninstalled flash and shockwave with the uninstaller/installer download links sent directly by adobe support and still all I get is a black box. Seems to be an issue within my system i THINK,,,any thoughts as to what is hapenning?

RESOLVED! From a poster at the adobe forums...

Looks like it may have been made with SWiSHmax .. not sure, but it does have
the same problem that the patching program from swishzone.com fixes.

So I suggest you go to swishzone.com and look for the swf-patching program
that makes the SWF files work with FP9.

If it was made with SWiSHmax, and you still have the source .SWI file, you
can update your SWiSHmax for free to the latest version which fixes the
problem with FP9
