get URL question

I am trying to put a command on a button for it to load an external URL, and then after that, have it go to a specific frame of a movie clip in that URL. So far, the URL loads fine, but I cant get it to go to that frame after the URL loads. Does anyone know how I can do this?

you may be able to combine this with passing the frame number as a variable in the url to get what youre after.
