Flash movies and Quicktime

how to embed quicktime to flash

Hi,

Is there a way or a tutorial to embed quicktime or mpeg in flash so you don't have to have any player installed but only the flash plugin?

Only in Flash MX.
[macromedia.com...]

You need the QT plugin to do it in flash 5.
