Documentation is slowly becoming important for sites that do more than just publish text. Any kind of interactivity should be documented. While HTML and PDF are great for documentation, what about interactive content? Applications with interactive tutorials are much more accessable. Is Flash the best way to publish this information?
What about CBT. Has Flash MX grown up enough to handle this much multimedia and interactivity? Is Director still king or is Flash making a run for it?
What about Swish, and LiveMotion? Are they viable replacements for Flash?
I agree with you though. Interact help is becoming a must. People love examples and websites are definitly becoming more complex.
