background flash movie transparent

Hi there,

I have a problem and maybe so could take the time to answer my question and help me out.

I have a round flashmovie that I want to implement in a html-page. When I publish it I get all white corners, I would like to make the circle's outsides transparent(can't choose transparant as canvascolor).
Any idea's?

i don't know what this statement means, but you can set background to transparent in ie only. see the flash documentation for the html parameters.

Set your movie background to match the back ground of the html page... No square corners ;)

If you are not using white as the BG then you will need to experiment with the flash movie BG until you hit on the right hex value. If possible stick to colour safe Values.

Put that in your html, in your 'object' tag.

Its kinda neat.. thats how people do the flyovers that blend into the background :)

... in the object tag, there are a few html colour codes, you need to change those to the page backgrounds, and then it will work in mozilla, and opera. :)
