flash question

I want to make my web page to load as follows....

a bunch of butterflies flutter onto the page and then resolve themselves as my company logo...

I just bought swish....This is all new to me but am a photoshop wiz..hence it took me about 2 seconds to completely amuse myself with a really rich page I created with text and some stock computer photos......and merely using some presets......

should I just bone up and buy macromedia or can I perform my task with swish...I am way into it, web design that is..I didnt realize it could be so easy....I am not of the zero and ones nature...lol

also where might I find killer butterflies to animate, if thats what I need to do......

I am sitting here like a little kid giggling at this program

I can't help you with Swish, however, if you do get Flash search for something like butterfly fla, I'm sure I saw something 2 - 3 years ago.

What you are asking is a very complicated task to make it look good. You are better off doing it in vector graphics and not raster from photoshop. It will make your flash files much smaller. I have only used swish very little, but it should have an onion skin or light table mode. You should animate the butterflies the old fashioned way. This will probably be your best option.

I have a Ton of .swf movies and.or .fla with all sorts of this going on. I have 1 with butterflies flying around. However these where made in Flash so there vector as well as not being photo like. If you want them shoot me an email. com I think Swish can open or at least import fla's (not sure though)
