All of a sudden my Firefox program resized itself so the area where you resize the page is below the monitor window. I had to increase my resolution to 1280x1024 from 1280x960 in order to be able to resize it.

This happened after installing the live http header plug in so I can get more info off hijacking sites. I have closed and reopened FF and also restarted the computer but nothing works except the larger resolution.

Any one know why it's doing this? I'm on Mac OS X 10.3

IE is ok.

What happens if you right click on the title bar and click "Restore"?

Since you're obviously an extension user, the Web Dev Toolbar has a resize button that would also work to recover from something like this.

What happens if you hit 'F11'? (That's the keyboard shortcut for 'View > Full Screen')

Mac's don't have a right click on the mouse :o) And there is no restore on FF. Do you mean refresh? it does nothing.

I assume this is another toolbar?

It pops the page off the screen to the left. Doesn't resize.

Thanks for trying to help.

Do you have the web developer toolbar or similar? If so. you could try using one of the resize options, say to 800x600 and see whether that "sticks" as the default.
