Firefox 86 now released extends Picture-in-Picture to multiple PIP, and, now offers Total Cookie Protection in Enhanced Tracking Protection (ETP) Strict Mode.

Total Cookie Protection stops cookies from tracking you around the web by creating a separate cookie jar for every website. Total Cookie Protection joins our suite of privacy protections called ETP (Enhanced Tracking Protection). In combining Total Cookie Protection with last month’s supercookie protections, Firefox is now armed with very strong, comprehensive protection against cookie tracking. This will be available in ETP Strict Mode in both the desktop and Android version.

Just noticed this, I like it. Just switched back to Firefox.

I went from being a multi year Firefox user to Chrome but I came back to FF this week, I just couldn't tolerate my own decision using Chrome anymore. I'm having no issues with FF.

This is a rather good development on adding much more controllable cookie control.
Time for a cookie clearout!

Is it just me or does each iteration of FF make it slower to start?

It seems ok once open but first thing, no matter how clean I keep it, it's just slooooow to strike up?

I've started using Opera again especially on Android mobile!

@RedBar ... not seeing any slowdown on load... then again I'm older and slower so maybe I just haven't noticed?

For me, the promised print functionality that supposed to have better integration with a computer's printer settings make it worth a look.

I don't notice this, runs quite fast here. Many years ago got slower, then fast as a bullet, then slow again and that was part of why I moved on. But I had it for some time now and it's pretty decent, so I moved back permanently leaving Chrome out.

At least here, fast, lower memory and resource consumption, and even less energy consumption than Chrome. Took my time to check on all of that. But I'm using SSD, so perhaps that's the difference in speed Vs other people.

We're back to not being able to turn off Scrolling tabs, yuck. How do busy people live with this?
