Mozilla has a new extension for Firefox which will isolate your Facebook tab from your web browsing. This should help eliminate the annoying ads that seem to follow you around.

This is more or less the case already. The private mode of Firefox blocks most of third part files. In other words, when you use the private browse mode of Firefox, no ads at all. No need for an ad blocker.

Along the same lines is Mozilla's Add-on for Multi-Account Containers [addons.mozilla.org] which is were the FB add-on is derived.
