SEO Add-On for Firefox

I am posting this in the Google forum because a lot of the information that I am looking for is Google SEO information (e.g., Google PageRank, Google cache date, inbound links in Google).

Can someone tell me what would be a good SEO add-on that I can use with Mozilla 22.0? Something that I can maybe download in Mozilla when I go to Tools > Add-ons.

There are some SEO companies that are offering an add-on but you have to sign up to their site first. I would like something that I can download without signing up.

None of the best SEO plugins I've used are available without going to an SEO's site but I didn't do an exhaustive search.

I have several burner email accounts just for this purpose. Sign up using a disposable email address from MSN, Yahoo or something and then you can get the tools without the spam.

I have heard from a friend of mine that SEO Quake is good to go with FF 22.0, but I'm using SEO Open for ages and for me it's still the best add on I have. Hope it helps ^_^
