Firefox now able to pass ACID2 test

using "reflow branch"

Firefox is now able to pass the ACID2 test [webstandards.org] using the "reflow branch" project.

This will certainly be folded into Firefox 3.0 but perhaps we will see it sooner.
This will make IE7 the last big browser unable to pass the test (safari 1.3 and opera 9 can pass the test).

The IE developers have stated they will not be making any efforts to pass the test.
