I've been having tremendous problems with a FireFox 3.6 upgrade. My install became unstable and was crashing every few minutes. This morning it began crashing immediately after opening. I uninstalled and went back to 3.5.7.

Today when I went to find 3.6 again I noticed that all the downloads on the Mozilla site had reverted to 3.5.7.

The page says 3.6, but the file offered for download is now 3.5.7. Was 3.6 too unstable for everybody else too? I don't see people here complaining about it.

Maybe a temporary glitch - I saw it too but it's back to showing 3.6 again. I'm a little wary of 3.6, I've downloaded it for my laptop, but I'm sticking with 3.5 on my desktop until the add-ons are updated.

I didn't notice any chatter on MozillaZine about it and I'm sure there would be threads on the subject over there if FF3.6 got pulled.

Maybe they saw my thread? ;)
It does appear to be back to 3.6 from here as well. It was odd to me that 3.5.7 was on there for several hours and I didn't see any chatter in the usual channels.

They probably pulled FF 3.6 after my report (hehe) about a serious bug: [webmasterworld.com...]
