Addon for special sites?

Just curious, there may even be an addon already made for this, but via my credit card I can get 4-6% cash back (points) for buying things linked off their website. And I was curious if there is a way for me to make an xml addon on or something that I can make for myself to pop up a box or something if the url I am on is one of the ones I define in the xml (the ones that give cash back)?

It certainly is very curious. I for example suffer and I can not remove from a browser some appendices in any way.
