Where is the "Ctrl + mouse wheel" page size adjustment reset button?

I just installed one of my favorite templates onto a new site and thought something was wrong because the theme was narrower than it is on every other site I've seen. The text was jagged as well.

I finally realized that I had made the page a bit smaller by accidentally scrolling the mouse wheel when Ctrl was pressed.

I'm not finding an easy way to return it to it's default, I can scroll the page to be huge or tiny all I want but It doesn't let me know when the default is found. I need the default to see the page as most people see it, I can't believe I don't know this yet either. Thanks in advance if you can tell me where the reset is.

A side note: firefox text looks terrible at some page sizes, can that be fixed too?
