Creating extensions

Hi,

Can someone guide me to creating firefox extensions? I'm looking for a fairly comprehensive tutorial.

My goal is the create something very similiar in functionality to the delicious's addon. (i.e. a form, checks authenticating, pulls data from a website, etc).
