New Version of Gmail freezes FF

I've been running into this crash a lot this week since my Gmail account got the newer version. Not all of my accounts have the newer version, and I've had no problem with them. With the newer version I am constantly having FF freeze with the Not Responding message. The only way to recover is to close the program or kill the process in Task Manager.

I've read in some forums that the plug-in Better Gmail is at fault, but I don't have this plug-in. I wonder if others have experienced this problem.

Happening to me also. Most gmail accounts have been upgraded. It's a major pain.

I`ve been getting it in Round Cube, so it may not be a Gmail issue. Seems anything that uses Ajax is causing a problem. And the problem has only started since FF2.0.0.9 was installed.
