Firefox starts going slow then crashes.

Anyone or just me?

Running Firefox 0.9.3 on Mandrake Linux/KDE desktop; and I find that after some intense browsing activity it will really start to struggle with forms.

For example, if you click to try and give focus to a form field the cursor will be along about 4 seconds later. Once it gets itself into that state; any form on any website becomes a struggle.

If you then exit Firefox once it has got into this state the crash handler launches.

Anyone else seeing this? The same version of Firefox is fine under WinXP.

Yes, I'm running 0.9.3 on Mandrake 9.1 with XFCE 4 as the window manager, and this happens regularly (not just with forms - the whole thing starts to get bogged down on occasion). It rarely crashes completely, though - I just kill the application when the problem starts, and it usually churns a bit then quits gracelessly with a lot of hard-drive activity.

I get the idea there's a memory leak in the Linux version somewhere.
