firefox new window size

When I click on a link to open in a new window, the new window is open maximized. I would like for it to open in a small non-maximized window like ie does. The only way I've been able to get it to do this is if the Firefox window I'm viewing is not maximized. Then it will open in a small window.

Surely there is a way to do this easily....but I can't seem to find an option.

Does anyone know?

Is this happening on a site you are visting?

Or on a site/page you are writing?

Either way, it sorta illustrates that a browser is a 'USER AGENT' - it belongs to the user, not the webmaster

The number of popular browsers out there multiplied exponentially by the number of different ways a browser can be set up is already HUGE!

Pop-Up blockers are popular simply because so many people think that pop-ups are annoying and nasty; not only in terms of security, but also from a navigation perspective

My advice? Make your content display as simply as possible and spend any 'spare time' working on the content, so that its worth reading
