This is a very weird bug happening on our new testing site under firefox where when you go back to a particular page (by browser back or javascript back function), the first few entries (which are search results) are distorted in a particular way. This problem is constantly happening on our one Mac here (again under firefox) and a few windows xp machines. The exact same thing also happens under regular search (without going back) for some machines too.

However, whenever the page has this issue, a refresh makes it go away.

note: the firefox version where we consistently get the issue is 2.x. But not all firefoxes have this problem, even those with the exact same version.

I have occasionally seen this happen on sites as I browse around - but it's never been consistently reproducible. So my guess was it came from an incomplete response form the server. I assume you have validated your code - if not, definitely do that to find any true errors.
