Text line cursor in Firefox

I don't know what I did recently, but I'm noticing when I'm using FireFox and I click anywhere inside the browser, it automatically goes to a text line cursor... like if you were using a word processor or something like that... and the cursor only scrolls one line at a time most of the time. Some times it'll scroll erratically. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling it.

If you are using Firefox 2.0:

Tools > Options > Advanced > General > untick 'Always use the cursor keys to navigate within pages'.

I think in older versions the option is called 'Allow text to be selected with my keyboard' or something like that.
