Unable to install Live HTTP Header extension

Hi

I have downloaded the FF latest version and now i am trying to install Live HTTP Header addon but it comes with version 1.5/1.6 support only. I downloaded the file header_monitor-0.3.4-fx-ff2.xpi mentioned in comments on Mozilla website but I dont know where to throw it to enable livehttpheader. does anyone know how to use this file to enable this addon or if there is any other easy intaller for latest version? otherwise please give me a URL to download FF 1.5 / 1.6 ...

The latest version (0.13.1) is compatible with Firefox 2.0, you can download it here [livehttpheaders.mozdev.org...]
