Firefox render problem

Trouble with horizontal lines in firefox

I'm working on a page and for some reason the lines redraw on top of each other in Firefox. This seems to happen more when I scroll the page up and down a few times, it just draws a bunch of extra lines. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've seen scrolling issues with Opera too.

If you look closely, you may find it's a background fill operation that's failing. This may be OS and driver dependant.

Oops, sorry I posted the url. I'm still having problems with what looks like it should be very elementary code rendering wrong in firefox. Are there any known issues with css or table borders in Firefox.

Yes, there are known issues with every browser - and as a general answer, the more complex your mark-up, the more chance of tripping a rendering bug. For instance, when a layout nests both tables and divs, I have seen some issues.

Have you validated your mark-up? If it's W3C valid, I agree that the problem you describe does sound more like a graphics card or driver issue.

Yes, I validated the code and it works fine in IE. I guess I'll just keep dumbing it down until I figure out where the problem is. It doesn't work on any of the other machines in the office running firefox either. Is there a place I should report it as a bug?
