For some reason certain Spanish letters are not appearing correctly on my site when visited using the updated Firefox.

For example the word ESPAŅOL is showing up as ESPAOL. <edit> Sorry it won't show up correctly on the post. Basically it shows up as a black diamond with a? in the middle.

This is only happening on certain pages of the site and does not happen with IE.

On most pages it shows the correct symbol.

Can anyone tell me what the problem is?

What is your character encoding? It should be utf-8.

Yes, It's UTF 8.

I've tried using both ALT + 165 to enter the symbol and the "insert symbol" mode in FP 2002.

Neither helps.

The funny thing is that this symbol (Spanish Ņ) appears OK in lots of other pages.

Very strange.

OK, forget it.
I just re-booted my computer and it's now rendering fine.

Stupid Windows!
