One thing that really annoys me is when I import my favorites and it alphabetizes them. Gah! I know where everything is now and I like where it all is. I don't need to alphabetize my favorites.
<Note: I have a headache and I'm cranky, so take this with a grain of salt - I still dislike Firefox, but I don't think it's the devil's work or anything>
About the "weird extra bars," could you elaborate? Do you mean the "Blocked Popup" notice and the like? Or is it rendering pages incorrectly?
But it's greatest asset, in my book, is the fact that it does exactly what I ask it to do when it loads a CSS file. It doesn't try to fix my coding mistakes; it doesn't second guess my intentions; it doesn't dream up it's own fanciful way of building boxes or implementing my properties. It just reads the file and implements the code the way the code is meant to be implemented.
It simply doesn't get more beautiful than that.

No, they're not.
That's just the default sort applied in Windows Explorer. If you pop open a command prompt and check a couple of directories, you'll see nothing alphabetical about the listing. (Unless, of course you add a /O:N switch...)
