Apologies for your post falling through the cracks for so long...

Thanks for the update on this - this is one of the most useful tool for those of us working within the browser environment.

That update totally destroyed my copy of Firefox. Uninstalled, same problem. Drat.

Turns out, the problem has something to do with the "Search Status" extension that allows a developer to see pagerank. Once I uninstalled that, everything worked ok. Now about that PageRank. Hmm.

The update is not yet available through Firefox extension list so I'm wondering if I could just install over the existing .8 version.

I installed it over the old extension and it worked just fine - of course, YMMV
