Problems with saved forms in Firefox 1.5

Ever since I updated to 1.5.0.1, I seem to be having problems with saved forms...in that it's not doing it.

every time I find myself on a form with e-mail or city/state, I always used to begin typing and all the other times I had typed that info would appear in a drop-down...or I could just double click in that box and I would get the same drop-down. Now, nothing is being saved.

It's not even doing it at search engines which I find infuriating.

I have checked the box "Save Information I enter in forms..." under options..has been from day one. What could be the problem?

Im having the same nonsence but with paypal,it wont let me pay on paypal for security reasons,i will try to find a solution for you so watch this space.

You should try creating a new profile. I've had similar problems, new profiles seem to fix problems like this. You can do this by running 'firefox -p' from Start > Run
