- allesklar.de This small privately held company not only provides secondary listings to MSN.de. Their listings also go to T-online. But where are they?
- Business and private homepages hosted by T-Online do appear with a t-online subdomain above the regular Fast results. Fascinating... but how are they ranked?
- Overture results - when do they start, how many will be displayed, will there be adiitional ads/paid listings from T-Online content/shopping partners?
Both results (t-online and FAST) are delivered by FAST. Have a look above the results. You can also click on "T-Online Ergebnisse" (where only results from the t-online domain appear) and on "Internet Ergebnisse" (where FAST results appear). I guess that FAST separates its result in "T-online" and "rest", before delivering of the results to t-online.
That´d mean that the results from T-online also are ranked by the FAST-Algo.
Overture should start this week. There should be displayed 3 above the SERPS.
>Both results (t-online and FAST) are delivered by FAST
Those "T-Online Ergebnisse" are not included in the regular Fast db.
I guess you are right - Fast search technology is in place to answer the queries. But nevertheless those subdomain.via.t-online.de results do not go to Fast's db.
The allesklar results in turn do not show in regular SERPs along with the subdomain.via.t-online results.
If I get that right the most effective thing to do would be to get hold of a private T-online webpresence, free for all T-online customers, i.e. home.myname.t-online.de and get on top of the regular SERPs for free.
How do you submit to Allesklar?
There's something there about them opening in "wenigen Tagen" (few days)?
All in all serps look very messy. In the regular section on some queries, like "Bücher" (=books) up to 8 Overture listings are displayed. Meaning that you have to be in the top two on Fast to be on the first page at T-online.
I can't help feeling that those serps will only help Google. The traffic coming from T-Online, by far the most visited site in Germany reflects this clearly.
