are x-cart trustable

no answer to 6 mails

hello

i want to use a cart. i found out that x-cart or litecommerce is a good choice. i communicate with the company they install the demo soft and then nothing.

the litecomerce does not allow me to get in the admin account.
and cant get any answer for x-cart 2 weeks now.

are any have experience with this guys?

I've had good luck with the Qualiteam folks. They've been reasonably responsive given the 12+ hours time difference between us.

I looked at their cart system several weeks ago and found my emails were answered very quickly with informed answers.

I've been using x-cart for about 7 or 8 months. I've needed to use x-cart support on a number of occassions. There response times are fairly good. If you have a big problem then they give you the option to 'hot rush' it, ie. give it priority. This costs double support points but you usually get a much quicker response.

Overall I'm happy with x-cart, and yes they can be trusted.

thanks for you time, and sorry for not answer to your post. i forgot it because i was fired. i am a pro web designer with out pro.

but how stupid are you when you fire someone that you have try to avoid -and finally succeed it - pay him 80$ for your domain and had paid him 15.000$ for developing the site. and also spent 5.000 in site advs and by the way you are a great worldwide company.
if am wright you had spent 20.000 $ and very angry person keep you domain -legaly i can say.
