Not an easy sale. Only go for the very very very best . . the vast vast vast majority of which are already registered and parked or developed.

Save your money. Pursue another path unless your aim is to develop . . the very very very best.

Geo domains have been locked up for years, if not decades---most of it speculation in the early days---and finding something that will work NOW that is not already registered/parked is kind of difficult. Also bear in mind that Geo domains by their very definition LIMIT your reach on the web to that area. Might want to look at wider vistas for your web product.
