Some advice needed please?
I am trying to change IPS TAGS on 3 domains, the registrar is www.uksecurewebhosting.co.uk a reseller for ENOM
I am unable to do this in their domain management area.
I have a support ticket in, over 1 week ago now - No response
I have sent a message through the uksecurewebhosting contact us form - No response
I have contacted ENOM asking adivice - Fast response, told issue has to be resolved with reseller and supplied me with resellers contact email and phone number.
I have sent an email to address supplied by ENOM - No response
I have tried the phone number supplied by ENOM - Number does not exist.
What a palaver to get such a simple request done! I have a client that wants to take back control of these domains and is getting impatient.
Any suggestions on my next steps?
