Where to Find Websites for Sale?

Any recommendations on where I can find websites for sale which are not on flippa or sedo?

I think it really depends on the kind of site you are interested in buying. Many sites are sold through the companies you mentioned, but sometimes the occasional good one crops up on eBay. Are you looking at a specific kind of site or sites in general at the right price?

Interested in sites with actual traffic.

Neither SEDO or Flippa make that easy.

I just checked out Flippa and it is really pathetic. First off, for the few sites that I checked out, there was no evidence that could be easily found that supported their claims of traffic or revenue.

My only questions is does anyone know whether any of these sellers are actually able to make any money? I think I'll just start nailing together crappy websites using the latest and greatest "keywords". You're probably able to earn more from selling a crappy website site then actually operating it.

I have sold some of my websites on Flippa. So I think it will be a good place for you to start if you are looking for websites to buy. However there are many other places where you can buy websites. You may visit Digital Point forum or Warrior Forum.
