How Would You Sell These Four Names?

I have four exact same names, example.com/net/org/eu, which I no longer require and intend putting them up for auction.

As yet I haven't spoken to the auction house however which method would possibly raise the most money?

1. Place example.com/net/org/eu all for sale at the same time?

2. Offer example.eu for sale first followed by org, then net then com?

3. Offer example.com for sale first followed by net then org then eu?

Any other ideas?

Example is a proper noun therefore I foresee no issue with attracting bids.

Personally, i'd move it on as a complete set. But then, i'd be the one that would have registered a set in the first place.

Offer all 4 as a package, making it clear that the "other domains" (whichever are likely to be least valued) will not be sold separately (now or later) and that the other domains are included simply as an accommodation, leaving it to the acquirer to choose to renew or delete.

IFF the .Com holds real value then the buyer may wish to protect "the brand" and appreciate the add-on domains.

IFF I was looking to build a brand upon the domain(s) you have at offer I might be put off by knowing you held the .net, etc. and might sell them to a competitor.

YMMV. I once had an offer of 55K for a nice domain where I held both the plural and singular version. The buyer only inquired about the plural. I offered the singular for an additional $10K and the buyer didn't hesitate to up their offer. Perhaps I might have pushed harder or simply let the deal go through for the plural, but I decided to wash my hands of this particular "generic domain / vertical marketplace". No regrets on my part. I could use more days like that. ;)

Agreed on the the full set offer, though you should note that some buyers may have no use for the eu if they are not located in the eu. Eg, NA buyer, SA buyer, and thus may see no value. COM, NET, ORG are generally golden and a full set of those can be very attractive.

Remind the buyer/auction house, that if the group is broken up, you will have no regrets in selling off the others to different buyers. :)

Proper nouns should have a pretty fair value ... unless one is unlucky enough to have one that is near/close to a Trademark/Copyright. (sigh, been there, done that!)

Excellent, thanks, you're all thinking along the same lines as myself, I'll see what the auction house says.
