There are many questions what LLL's and NNN's are but some not so easily explained. Here it is:

LLL are three letter domain names, for example xyz.com. In total there are 17,576 LLL domains names. This is calculated based on the number of letters in the alphabet (26). 26x26x26=17,576 combinations.

Another example is NNN or 123.com. This refers to numbers and have fewer combinations of only 1,000 calculated from 10x10x10=1,000

So no link drop? :)

Noticed a serious uptick in NNN style regs in .COM in September.

:: wandering off to see whether .spam exists as a TLD, as an alternative to figuring out what the National Speleological Society* has to say to anything ::

* Was going to pick the very last item on the list, but this seems good enough. Especially since there's no hint which Nation is intended.

Really?

Interestingly a local estate agent had been trying something I suggested in the 90s, instead of his name on the board.tld, he had been trying his telephone number.tld ... he's now gone back to his name, people didn't get it!
