Who can register an .asia domain? I've read about restrictions when registering .asia names; at least one contact, be it technical, billing, administrative or registrant, must reside in Asia.

I live in Europe, how can I register .asia domain names?

There is one hosting company that provides their NZ office address to use when registering .asia, but I am a little worried about having to share administration of those domains with said hosting/registrar company.
