I've received several emails from WebNameSolution.com offering fairly prime domains for sale for $199.00.

As someone experienced in the market I could tell, rather quickly, that the offers were bogus. How?

First, the prices were absurdly low given the quality of the Web address.

Second, the domain offered for sale had an existing quality website associated with the domain. It certainly looked operational.

Third, there was no connection whatsoever between the domain's WhoIs record and WebNameSolution.

However, today's email offer takes the cake.

Today I was offered the opportunity to buy one of my own domains, from WebNameSolution.com, for the mere price of $199.00.

It gets even better.

If you go to WebNameSolution.com you can search their site for domains for sale . . that they don't own.

I guess when you're running a scam you can't be too careful. You have to build your brand and customer confidence. You have to reinforce the message of the email by having the non-owned domains, from the email, listed in your database of domains you have for sale for $199.00.
