The tycoon had been in dispute with Australian Sean Truman, who registered the domain name last year.

Good question, he recently (several years ago) took a carpenter took court using the name Virgin Carpentry, turn out that the company's owner was called guess what ? Mr Virgin, Bransons firm backed down, paid the guy £5000 and paid his legal costs. So no he doesnt, id say.
